How To Connect A Windows Laptop To Your TV

  1. Connect the appropriate audio and video cables to your laptop and TV. You might need VGA, DVI, HDMI, or S-audio cables to do this.
  2. Turn on your TV and laptop.
  3. Switch the TV source to the appropriate unit.
  4. If necessary, press the appropriate keys to toggle the display. Some laptops require you to press FN + another key (F4, F5, F6, etc.) to send video to your TV. Check your laptop’s user guide for more info.
