Next Cast for Season 7 of “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles”

“Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles” is returning to Bravo next month with two new realtors, David Parnes and James Harris. Following the show’s sixth season, realtor Madison Hildebrand quit the series, leaving Josh Flagg and Josh Altman, as well as an empty spot. However, instead of filling that one spot, producers chose to bring two more cast members aboard for the upcoming season. “Joining Altman and Flagg in season seven are James Harris and David Parnes, a pair of British business partners who will prove to be major competition,” E! News reported. “With their firm, Bond Street Partners, grossing over $120 million in sales last year, the Joshes will have to be on their toes and at the top of their game with James and David entering the mix and proving to be quite the threat.” “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles” premiered on Bravo on Aug. 29, 2006 with cast members including Flagg, Hildebrand, and Chad Rogers. Once Rogers left the show after season three, producers added Altman to the cast. On June 20, Hildebrand spoke to Bravo, revealing why he decided to move on after starring on the show for six seasons. “As an original cast member of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, I have made the decision to leave the show to focus on new and exciting endeavors,” Hildebrand told The Dish. “Sharing my life, career, relationships and challenges over the past six years has been an unbelievable journey and I loved every minute of it.” When season seven premieres, fans will meet Parnes, 32, and Harris, 29, both from London England, and both specializing in residential and investment real estate at their Bond Street firm. “After earning his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics and Politics from the University of Manchester, Parnes began working at hedge fund before moving on to represent a private portfolio of real estate assets in Europe,” Parnes’ Bravo bio reads. For years, Parnes made a habit of spending his summers in Los Angeles and in 2009, after taking an interest in the city’s real estate, he made it his permanent home. As for Harris, he’s been in real estate since age 16. “After working as a residential investment agent in the United Kingdom, Harris headed west to Los Angeles to broaden his horizon and to enjoy the California sunshine,” Harris’ Bravo bio states. “Today, Harris is living the American Dream, working in a city he loves with an incredibly talented group of people.” “The partners’ ‘no-nonsense’ approach to closing deals, couple with their extensive network of high-net-worth international and domestic clients, have enabled them to rise to the top in an astoundingly short period of time,” Bravo continued in Parnes’ bio. “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles” season seven premieres on Bravo on Aug. 20 at 9 p.m.
