When I first began service with Cox communications my biggest thing was my monthly bill didn't go up for like the first 2 years. Then a short time later it started to go up. Then dealing with cox communication's customer service was up and down every time. But customer service now has kept [their] end of the bargain and my bill is now as it should be.
I like this brand because it gives me high-speed Internet in a location where everybody uses it. I never have to worry about not having access to my Wi-Fi.
Because Cox is very reliable, fair, good, complete and current. The house and telephone customer service is also reliably excellent.
