1. Saltburn (2023)
Saltburn is my number one for a reason: It’s an absolute masterpiece of dark comedy filled with psychological thrills. Jacob plays Felix Catton, an Oxford student who invites his socially awkward classmate Oliver to spend the summer at his eccentric family’s estate, Saltburn.
I was completely captivated by Felix. Jacob is brilliant as the beautiful, privileged, and totally oblivious rich kid who becomes the object of Oliver’s obsession. The fashion is incredible, the cinematography is stunning, and the story is completely unhinged in the best way. You just have to see it. It is peak Jacob Elordi right now.

2. Euphoria (2019–present)
For a lot of us, this is where Jacob really made his mark. Euphoria is intense. He plays Nate Jacobs, the star high school football player with serious anger issues and a terrifying inner life. Honestly, Nate is a monster, but Jacob plays him with such a disturbing mix of vulnerability and rage that you can’t look away.
Euphoria follows a group of high schoolers navigating love, trauma, and identity, but Nate’s storyline is one of the darkest. Jacob’s performance as this deeply toxic person with major daddy issues is truly a masterclass in acting. Also, it’s so different from his other roles, showing his incredible range.

3. Priscilla (2023)
I was so skeptical about anyone playing Elvis Presley after Austin Butler’s performance, but Jacob completely won me over in Sofia Coppola’s Priscilla. He takes on the role of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll and tells the story entirely from the perspective of his wife, Priscilla Presley.
Jacob plays a very different Elvis here. He’s magnetic but also quiet, controlling, and often deeply isolated. He captures that intense, private side of the icon in a way that feels really human and sad. It’s a stunning, intimate look at a young woman’s life with a superstar, and Jacob’s performance is subtle and powerful, making it one of his most mature roles.

4. The Kissing Booth Trilogy (2018–2021)
Okay, I had to put it on the list because this is what started it all. The Kissing Booth movies are pure Netflix teen rom-com gold. Jacob is Noah Flynn, the quintessential bad-boy jock who falls for his best friend’s little sister.
These movies are sugary sweet and sometimes totally cheesy, but they’re a fantastic look back at Jacob’s breakthrough role. He’s effortlessly charming and looks amazing on a motorcycle, and he perfected the brooding-teenage love interest, IMO. Honestly, the whole trilogy is just a fun nostalgic binge when you need something light and dreamy.

5. Deep Water (2022)
If you’re looking for a quick and twisted watch, Deep Water is a psychological thriller starring Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas. Jacob’s role as Charlie, one of Ana de Armas’ many romantic interests, is small but super memorable.
The whole movie is about this toxic marriage where the wife, Melinda, flaunts her affairs right in front of her husband, Vic. Jacob plays one of the guys who gets caught up in the twisted mind games of this couple. It’s a very steamy and unsettling thriller that’s perfect for movie night.
