Close Enough: Shudder and AMC+ Mark Halfway to Halloween 2024

It’s not quite spooky season, but Shudder and AMC+ don’t care. Neither do we, given the horror treats the streaming services serve in April.

Horror fans anticipate Halloween like kids do Christmas, so Shudder and AMC+’s annual Halfway to Halloween Horror-Thon really gets our blood spurting. In April 2024—six months before the actual holiday—the streaming services celebrate with 26 new films, including three new Shudder originals, plus biweekly live watch parties of the sixth season of The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs. We’ve compiled this daily guide to the monthlong festivities for your convenience.
