Best Summer Olympics TV plans
Peacock takes our top podium spot as the best TV service for watching the 2024 Summer Olympics. After all, it’s the only service that carries every live event alongside convenient recaps and highlights. Sometimes, depending on your device, Peacock can be a bit buggy. But we’re excited about its upcoming introduction of innovative features—including a four-feed multiview experience and other interactive viewing tools.
Of course, there are several ways to watch the Olympics. Any cable, satellite, or live TV streaming service with NBCUniversal channels will provide some coverage. But here are our most recommended ways for tuning in this summer.

How can I watch the Summer Olympics for free?
You can watch Olympic and Paralympic coverage for free on NBC and Telemundo using an over-the-air (OTA) antenna. NBC is more widely available than Telemundo, but check the FCC’s Reception Map Tool with your zip code to see channels in your area.
By purchasing a quality antenna for a one-time fee, you’ll unlock a wealth of content—especially during the Paris Olympics. Our Best OTA Antennas page highlights some of our favorite antennas suitable for various budgets and TV setups.
You can also try a free live TV streaming trial to watch Olympic events airing on CNBC, E!, Golf Channel, and USA Network. We recommend Fubo because it offers a seven-day free trial with every Olympic channel. But you can explore more options on our Streaming Free Trials guide.
Where can I watch the Paralympics?
TV coverage of the 2024 Summer Paralympics will appear on Peacock and NBCUniversal channels—including NBC, USA Network, and CNBC.
The parasport competition will commence on Wednesday, August 28, with an ambitious opening ceremony at the Place de La Concorde. After 12 action-packed days, the games will wrap up on Sunday, September 8.
