How can I watch the Summer Olympics for free?

You can watch Olympic and Paralympic coverage for free on NBC and Telemundo using an over-the-air (OTA) antenna. NBC is more widely available than Telemundo, but check the FCC’s Reception Map Tool with your zip code to see channels in your area.

By purchasing a quality antenna for a one-time fee, you’ll unlock a wealth of content—especially during the Paris Olympics. Our Best OTA Antennas page highlights some of our favorite antennas suitable for various budgets and TV setups.

You can also try a free live TV streaming trial to watch Olympic events airing on CNBC, E!, Golf Channel, and USA Network. We recommend Fubo because it offers a seven-day free trial with every Olympic channel. But you can explore more options on our Streaming Free Trials guide.

Where can I watch the Paralympics?

TV coverage of the 2024 Summer Paralympics will appear on Peacock and NBCUniversal channels—including NBC, USA Network, and CNBC.

The parasport competition will commence on Wednesday, August 28, with an ambitious opening ceremony at the Place de La Concorde. After 12 action-packed days, the games will wrap up on Sunday, September 8.
