This historic Rhode Island tradition dates back to 1785, standing proud as the oldest continuous Independence Day celebration in the entire United States.
To bring the festivities to a wider audience outside of New England, the Bristol Fourth of July Committee has created an official 2026 parade stream. Viewers can simply visit the organization’s website and select the red play icon on July 4 to access the livestream completely free of charge.
Gatlinburg Fourth of July Midnight Parade (Tennessee)
Billed as the “First Independence Day Celebration in the Nation,” the Annual Gatlinburg 4th of July Midnight Parade steps off at exactly 12:01 a.m. ET on July 4. This unique Tennessee procession marches through the downtown parkway, meaning you’ll need to tune in late on the night of July 3 to catch the military tributes, marching bands, and illuminated floats.

Huntington Beach 4th of July Parade (California)

This 2.5-mile “America 250” procession blends classic patriotic flair with a distinct Surf City USA vibe, featuring radio legend Tim Conway Jr. as Grand Marshal alongside local Olympians and surfing pioneers.
