Your broadcast guide for the 2026 Green Bay Packers season

Like a long-running TV show, the Green Bay Packers are back for another highly anticipated season of football. Head coach Matt LaFleur’s cast of players may look a bit different this year, but Jordan Love and company are locked in to bring a fifth Vince Lombardi Trophy back to Lambeau Field.

While FOX and CBS still carry the bulk of Green Bay’s Sunday games, the league is throwing another viewing curveball. This season, you’ll need a Netflix subscription for the holidays, as the Packers’ Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Day games stream exclusively on the platform.

Navigating how to watch the Packers requires more digital logins than it used to, but I’m here to make sure you don’t miss a single touchdown. Keep scrolling for a closer look at channel listings and streaming platforms. If you crave more Green and Gold coverage, I also outline which local stations make up the Packers TV Network.

What channels show Green Bay Packers games?

In 2026, you can watch the Green Bay Packers on CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, Amazon Prime Video, and Netflix. Sunday afternoon games will air on CBS and FOX for in-market fans and stream on NFL Sunday Ticket for out-of-market viewers.

Games on CBS in your area will also stream on Paramount+, while all NBC matchups stream on Peacock Premium. You can also watch in-market and nationally televised games on your phone or tablet with NFL+.

Best TV plans for watching the Green Bay Packers

As a lifelong Wisconsinite, my favorite way to watch the Packers is with a trusty over-the-air antenna. But with games scattered across local channels, premium networks, and streaming platforms, building the perfect TV package takes a bit more strategy this season.

In previous years, I would recommend pairing YouTube TV with an Amazon Prime Video subscription as the ultimate TV plan. That still holds true today, but the NFL’s growing number of exclusive media deals means you must also add Netflix to the mix.

This fractured viewing landscape and its rising paywalls even prompted Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin to introduce the “For the Fans Act.” The legislative proposal aims to guarantee free viewing access for local fans and eliminate streaming blackouts. Regardless of how those broadcasting regulations evolve, here’s a breakdown of the TV services I currently recommend for Packers fans.

Best Overall

YouTube TV ($82.99/mo.) is the ultimate base provider for Packers fans, offering every local and national broadcast channel you need. It also features unlimited DVR and fantastic multiview capabilities for an immersive game day experience.

Exclusive Games

You’ll need an Amazon Prime Video subscription ($8.99–$17.98/mo.) to catch the Packers when they take the national stage for two exclusive Thursday Night Football matchups this season.

Exclusive Games

Netflix ($8.99–$26.99/mo.) secured exclusive streaming rights to the Packers’ Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Day games, making an active subscription mandatory for your holiday football viewing.

Out-of-Market Coverage

If you live outside the Midwest, you’ll need NFL Sunday Ticket to stream non-nationally televised Sunday afternoon games. You can check 506sports.com weekly to see which regional games are broadcasting in your area.
