Whether you’re a monthly Vidgo subscriber who wants to move on to another live TV service or a stream-curious newbie who needs to bail before your seven-day free trial is over, quitting Vidgo is easy. Let us walk you through the ever-so-brief list of steps.
Canceling through Vidgo
- Log into your account at Vidgo.com
- Click “My account”
- Click credit card “Payment information”
- Turn off “Autopay”
After you do this, Vidgo service will be turned off at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly subscription or seven-day free trial). After canceling, you’ll be asked to fill out an optional survey about your Vidgo service and why you’re leaving.
Canceling Vidgo through Roku
- Log into your account at Roku.com
- Click “My account”
- Click “Manage your subscriptions”
- Locate Vidgo in “Active subscriptions”
- Select “Cancel subscription”
You can also cancel your Vidgo subscription directly through your Roku device by highlighting Vidgo on your home screen and pressing the “*” button. From there, select “Manage subscription” from the options and then “Cancel subscription.”
