Remember streaming service IMDb TV? That was too hard to say, so owner Amazon rebranded it as Freevee in 2022. As the new name implies, Freevee is a free, ad-supported TV streamer that serves up previously-released TV shows and movies for no cost (but with commercials).
Freevee also produces its own original TV shows and movies, like Bosch: Legacy, Leverage: Redemption, and Christmas rom-com Hotel for the Holidays. The best-known original series on Freevee is easily Judy Justice, a Judge Judy reboot that’s already cranked out over 150 episodes—Judy’s always workin.’
Freevee is available as a channel within Amazon Prime Video, or as a standalone app on Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, and various other device platforms.
