Looking for Your Next Reality Fix? Here Are 7 New Reality Series Streaming in April!

New reality series this month include Real Housewives of Rhode Island.

New reality series coming in April 2026

April showers bring reality TV flowers, and we’ve been in a reality TV glow lately. Bravo’s “Summer House” is dominating on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET, and “Southern Hospitality” is serving up its finest dish on Bravo on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET. But the garden keeps growing because we have more messy drama, tangled friendships, and fragile relationships (for better or worse) sprouting on our television!

From Bravo’s now-classic “The Valley” making its Season 3 return to the next messy season of couples testing their loyalty on Netflix’s “Temptation Island,” this April has something for everyone and will be sure to make our jaws drop.

So, without further ado, here’s everything you need to know to get your reality TV fix this April.

7. “Love on the Spectrum” (April 1, Netflix)

Netflix’s Emmy-Award winning series comes back for its fourth season on April 1. “Love on the Spectrum” features adults on the autism spectrum looking to dive into the unknown world of dating and love. You can catch all seven episodes of “Love on the Spectrum” out now on Netflix.

6. “The Valley” (April 1, Bravo and Peacock)

Back for its third season on Bravo, the Vanderpump Rules spin-off brings some familiar faces over from “Vanderpump Rules” (Schwartzy is back) but continues to deliver the uncertainty of adulting, while giving us some new faces and drama. You can catch “The Valley” weekly on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo and watch the next day on Peacock.

5. “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” (April 2, Bravo and Peacock)

It’s been so long since we’ve gotten a new city in the Real Housewives rotation, and it feels like “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” (or “RHORI”) is the answer to all of our table-flipping prayers! Catch “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” premiering on April 2nd at 9 p.m. ET, but moving to Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. Of course, you can watch the episodes the next day on Peacock.

4. “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (April 5, Bravo and Peacock)

The Peaches are back! With two new faces and plenty of drama to bring, we can’t wait until the ladies of Atlanta are on our screens again. This Real Housewives show has been on the air now for seventeen seasons, and it doesn’t feel like it’s slowing down one bit. Be sure to watch the season premiere of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (“RHOA”) on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, and watch it the next day on Peacock!

3. “The Reunion: Laguna Beach” (April 10, The Roku Channel)

Ready to let the nostalgia wash over you like a tidal wave? The cast of “Laguna Beach” is going to talk about all of the show’s moments, memories, dramas, and behind-the-scenes action that fans only speculated about. This marks the twentieth anniversary of the show (do you feel your bones aching?), so for the lovers of this show, this will be a night to remember. The “Reunion: Laguna Beach” premieres April 10 on the Roku Channel.

2. “Temptation Island” (April 10, Netflix)

As a long-time watcher of this show, it never fails to make me yell at the TV, and this season will absolutely make me (and perhaps you) do the same! “Temptation Island,” hosted by Mark L. Walberg, brings couples to test their relationship and see which ones can survive temptation. Is it messy? Yes. Will you sit and watch every single minute of it? Absolutely. Will you regret it in the morning? We shall see. Netflix will drop all nine episodes on April 10.

1. “Love Island: Beyond the Villa” (April 15, Peacock)

What happens when you follow your favorite (or least favorite) “Love Island” contestants and catch up on their lives far away from the villa in Fiji? You get “Love Island: Beyond the Villa.” For its second season, we’re catching up with Islanders from Season 7 of the hit love competition show and finding out what they’ve been up to since the cameras cut. Have friendships mended? Have couples broken up? Have love found the islanders dumped? Tune into the season premiere of “Love Island: Beyond the Villa” at 9 p.m. ET on Peacock.
