When it launched in August 2014, GRIT instantly became one of the rootin’-est, tootin’-est dad channels on TV with a round-the-clock roundup of classic Western movies and TV shows. GRIT airs old-timey cowboy films from a wide range of studios, including Warner Bros., Universal, Paramount, Sony, and Shout! Factory, as well as TV shows like “Death Valley Days,” “The Lone Ranger,” and “Zorro.”
GRIT is available as a digital broadcast channel in most every market in the US, with a more limited reach through cable, satellite, and live TV streaming services. If you’re fixin’ to get GRIT at your hacienda, it’s easier to lasso than a sarsaparilla at the local saloon.
What channel is GRIT on near me?
GRIT is mostly available as a digital broadcast sub-channel in areas served by ION Media, GRIT’s current owner. On live streaming TV, GRIT is a little harder to come by.
