What customers say about GFiber
Wonderful, fast, and reliable service. We game in our home, and we use about two gaming systems, the TV, home security, plus smart home things in addition to our cellphones all at the same time seamlessly. When there is a service disruption, they auto-credit our account so we don't have to call for a discount on the occasional, very rare outage. It's the best internet service we have ever had.
I have had almost no issues whatsoever with GFiber. There were two days where service went out, and it was frustrating, but timely updates on the progress was accessible. Their customer service was respectful and responsive. Overall, it has met my expectations, the cost is reasonable, and I never have surprise rate increases. Additionally, I am able to get a copy of our conversations, which a previous service refused to do. Therefore, my trust in the company is a 10/10.
The rebates for down internet time is nice. I have not had any outages or other issues after having the service for almost a year. The people who came to route our wires was very friendly. The cost is comparable and mostly better than other companies.
