Where to Watch ‘Laguna Beach’: Stream the Original Series and the 2026 Reunion

To paraphrase the excellent Hilary Duff song “Come Clean,” it’s time to go back, back to the beginning… of “Laguna Beach.”
22 years after it first premiered on MTV, the show once touted as the real life “O.C.” is getting a reunion. Dropping April 10 on the Roku Channel, “The Reunion: Laguna Beach” finds Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, Stephen Colletti, Lo Bosworth, and the rest of the reality series’ original cast reuniting to talk about old flames, high school hookups, and how much of the series’ original drama was played up for the cameras.
Here’s what you need to know about where to stream the reunion, plus how you can catch up with both the original series and its spin-offs before the show returns.
What is “Laguna Beach” about?
A glossy reality series about a bunch of mostly rich, mostly white high schoolers living in a tony Orange County, California town, “Laguna Beach” is like “The Real Housewives Of Orange County,” but younger. One of MTV’s first reality-based series, “Laguna Beach” played on the love for the fictional Fox TV series “The O.C.” and aimed to show viewers what it was like to grow up in a Southern California beach community. And, of course, because it was set in a high school and featured a bunch of high schoolers, there was a lot of high school drama.
I want to watch the original “Laguna Beach”
You’re in luck! All three seasons of the original “Laguna Beach” series are available to stream right now on Paramount+.
I want to watch “The Reunion: Laguna Beach”
“The Reunion: Laguna Beach” will be available to stream for free via the Roku Channel starting on April 10.
I want to watch “The Hills”
A “Laguna Beach” spin-off series that followed series protagonist Lauren Conrad as she started college, got an internship, and did a ton of partying in Los Angeles, “The Hills” ran for six seasons on MTV starting in 2006. All episodes of “The Hills” are available to stream on Paramount+, as well, including the anger-inducing season one finale where Conrad is forced to choose between a sweet career opportunity abroad and spending more time in L.A. with her just-okay boyfriend.
I want to watch “Very Cavallari”
After leaving “Laguna Beach,” Kristin Cavallari became a bit of an actor and influencer, popping up occasionally in guest spots on various TV series like “Veronica Mars” and on red carpets. She also started dating Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, who she’d eventually marry. “Very Cavallari” was a reality series following their life in Nashville, Tenn. that aired on the E! Network starting in 2018. On the show, Cavallari launches the flagship store for her jewelry line, Uncommon James, and deals with motherhood, her career, and what it’s like to be married to a football player.
“Very Cavallari” is available to stream on the E! Entertainment YouTube channel, or through the Fandango At Home app.
I want to watch Stephen Colletti on “One Tree Hill”
After “Laguna Beach,” Stephen Colletti attended college in San Francisco for a while before returning to LA to focus on his career. That led to him being cast in the fourth season of the hit CW series “One Tree Hill,” where he played Chase Adams, a high school student who is planning on saving himself for marriage. Colletti stayed with the series as a regular through its ninth and final season. All six seasons Colletti appears on are available to stream on HBO Max.
I want to watch Stephen Colletti on “The Traitors”
“Laguna Beach” star Stephen Colletti was a strong competitor on the latest season of “The Traitors.” Without giving anything away about where he places, we’ll say that you can stream the whole season right now on Peacock.
I want to listen to Stephen Colletti and Kristin Cavallari’s podcast
In 2022, Stephen Colletti and Kristin Cavallari launched a “Laguna Beach” rewatch podcast, “Back To The Beach with Kristin and Stephen,” in collaboration with Dear Media. That podcast revisited episodes of the series, adding commentary and special guest appearances.
That podcast is available to stream in audio via Apple Podcasts or as a video through YouTube.

Why did Lauren Conrad leave TV?
Conrad left reality television at the height of “The Hills'” fame in 2009, ostensibly to pursue her career in fashion, prioritize her mental health, and reclaim her privacy. It worked, too: Conrad’s fashion line, LC Lauren Conrad, has become a success, selling to millions of consumers nationwide via Kohl’s stores.
