What to look for with Astound deals
Watch out for price hikes with Astound
Astound offers some of the lowest starting prices in the business, but those rates are introductory. Most of Astound’s promotional prices last for 12 to 24 months. Make sure you read the fine print so you know exactly what your bill will jump to once the promo period wraps up.
Keep an eye on regional Astound differences
Because Astound is a combination of several legacy networks (RCN, Grande, Wave, and enTouch), deals, pricing, and exact speed tiers can possibly vary by zip code. Always plug in your address to see the exact plans Astound’s got running in your neighborhood.
Leverage Astound’s lack of contracts
Because Astound doesn’t lock you into a multi-year contract, you have the advantage. If your promotional rate is about to expire or has already increased, you can call their customer retention line to request a new (cheaper!) promotional rate. Or feel free to simply cut the cord before a year is up with no risk of early termination fees.

What carrier does Astound use?
Astound Mobile, which is exclusive to Astound Internet customers, uses T-Mobile's nationwide 5G network.
$9.95 deal: Internet First Program available to qualifying households as outlined in the terms and conditions. Offer limited to 50 Mbps or 150 Mbps Internet service, standard modem, Wi-Fi only & free standard installation only. Where 150 Mbps is not available, 100 Mbps will be offered. Referral deal: Referred Customers must be new residential Astound customers or customers who have not received Astound services within the past 60 days. The Referred Customer must install or activate Astound service(s) within 30 days of referral.
