I get it—you might not want to commit to a full year right out of the gate. But once you realize you actually like what you’re watching, you should switch from a monthly sub to an annual sub—with BritBox, that’ll save you almost $22 a year. Not a ton, but enough to buy multiple boxes of proper British biscuits to eat while binging “Shetland,” right?

While poking around on Reddit for deals, I came across an interesting thread on r/BritBox about retention offers. Multiple users reported that when they went to cancel their monthly subscription, BritBox served them a whopping 50% off an entire year promo just to get them to stay.
