Ms. Rachel Started Out on YouTube—But Is It the Best Place to Watch Her?

Ms. Rachel is a great choice for early child development
Hey parents! Are you looking for a resource to help you teach your toddler essential life skills, like speech development and potty training? Early child development expert Ms. Rachel creates videos just to help out parents like you.
I want to watch Ms. Rachel for free!
Ms. Rachel began her career as a YouTuber, and she continues to post videos for free on her channel. You can find all of the content she’s posted on her page, @msrachel.
The best way to watch Ms. Rachel is with your child. Sometimes, she’ll even put tips in text on the screen to teach you, not just your little one.
I don’t recommend letting your toddler access YouTube without your supervision. Even in Kids Mode! YouTube is designed to maximize engagement and push users from one video to the next, so your child could end up someplace you didn’t expect.
I want the safest way to watch Ms. Rachel!
YouTube is great because it’s free and accessible, but it’s not always the best at staying on topic. That’s why I never recommend leaving your child alone with YouTube on a tablet or TV—you should be watching those videos with them.
If you want more control over what your child watches when you’re not in the room, I recommend watching Ms. Rachel on Netflix. The Netflix show teaches the same lessons as her YouTube videos, but in an ad-free format.
The great thing about Netflix’s parental controls is that you can blacklist individual titles. Say you set a profile to only access TV-Y content, but this still allows access to CoComelon, which you don’t like. You can use the “Block Titles” button to remove whatever shows and movies you don’t want your child to see.
