Notre Dame fans, the echoes are officially woken up.
Despite a glut of injuries and their upset loss to Northern Illinois, the Fighting Irish rode an elite running game and defense all the way back to last year’s national championship game. While they couldn’t close the deal against Ohio State, don’t expect Marcus Freeman’s squad to be a one-year wonder.
Although Notre Dame will be breaking in a new quarterback with expected starter CJ Carr, they’ll still return running back Jeremiyah Love and a Joe Moore-contending offensive line group. Notre Dame football TV schedule 2025
The Fighting Irish have a grab bag of a schedule this year, as they’ll open the season down in Miami before hosting Texas A&M for their home opener.
Other notable matchups include their first-ever games against Arkansas and Boise State (which narrowly dodged being a Peacock exclusive), along with a possibly penultimate USC game. Notre Dame also grabbed a favorable draw in ACC play, as they’ll miss Clemson, SMU, and Louisville this year. However, Miami reloaded with former Georgia quarterback Carson Beck, and Syracuse hopes to replicate last year’s fireworks by swapping in former Notre Dame backup Steve Angeli under center.
