Xfinity may not have the lowest prices but they do offer excellent cable package options as well as great equipment updates. Their customer service is absolutely excellent and technicians that come out are always super friendly and helpful.
I've never experienced an outage with Xfinity that wasn't resolved within an acceptable timeframe. I live in the Puget Sound, and we periodically have an outage due to the wind. Xifinity is great at restoring service quickly.
I haven't had too many issues with Xfinity cable and every time a technician comes to my home (to fix an issue or redo cabling) I get good service in regards to cable service specifically.
