You don’t have to pack a tent or endure a muddy campground to experience the best live music of 2026. Thanks to various TV services expanding their broadcast rights, fans can now seamlessly stream music festivals and watch their favorite headliners entirely online.
The core music festival season runs from March to October, turning those eight months into an absolute goldmine for live entertainment. Rather than dropping your entire entertainment budget on a single festival pass, tuning in from home gives you front-row access to a massive variety of genres and artists across the country. You can go from watching desert sunsets in California to dancing in Chicago’s Grant Park without ever leaving your house.
I created this guide to make tracking those performances as easy as possible. Keep reading to discover the essential streaming apps you need this season, followed by my complete 2026 schedule detailing exactly where and when to log on.

Best streaming services for live music festivals
After tracking music festival streaming rights for the past five years, I’ve picked up on one clear trend. The live broadcast rights are almost entirely dominated by three major platforms. Here’s what you need in your app library to catch the best headliners in 2026.

Hulu: The home of the summer road trip
If you only subscribe to one streaming service for live music, make it Hulu. Through an exclusive partnership with C3 Presents, Hulu is the official streaming home for three of the most prolific festivals in the country: Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits.
You don’t need an expensive live TV package to tune in. A standard, ad-supported Hulu base plan (starting at $11.99/mo.) gives you full access to multiple live stages across all three of these massive, multi-day concert series.

YouTube: The leader of free streams
If you want to catch live music without signing up for a monthly subscription, YouTube is your best friend. For over a decade, YouTube has been the exclusive streaming partner for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, traditionally offering up to six concurrent live feeds so you can jump between stages for free. YouTube is also the home for global charity events and international streams, making it a must-have app for your smart TV.

Prime Video and Twitch: The rising stars
Amazon has aggressively expanded its live music footprint over the last few years. By utilizing both Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch, the retail giant now streams massive events like Stagecoach, Outside Lands, and various Rolling Loud festivals. These streams are typically free on Twitch and available to anyone with a Prime Video subscription.
As the core festival season winds down in October, you can also catch the “Amazon Music Live” concert series. This short, four-episode weekly event streams live on Prime Video and Twitch immediately following Thursday Night Football, making it the perfect fall nightcap for live music fans.
