‘The Amazing Digital Circus’ Is Ending Earlier Than June 19—Here’s How to Avoid Spoilers

“The Amazing Digital Circus” episode 9 release date
When Glitch Productions released the 8th episode of “The Amazing Digital Circus” last month, it changed everything. I won’t spoil it, but the indie animated series really earned its “horror” label, even explicitly spelling out its connection to “I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream,” the short story that inspired it. Even better: It ended with a release date for the show’s final episode.
“The Amazing Digital Circus” episode 9 will air for free on YouTube on June 19th, but it turns out that’s actually not the real premiere. “The Last Act” is coming to theaters a couple of weeks early. So you, dear reader, have a choice: Head to the theater and watch the finale early, or mute a lot of keywords online to avoid spoilers before the 19th.
Not sure which path is for you? Watch the new trailer below, or keep reading, and we’ll dive into the details together.
“The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act” comes to theaters
“The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act” is a two-part theatrical event combining episodes 8 and 9. It will run from June 4th to June 7th, in U.S., Canadian, Latin American, and Japanese movie theaters.
You can find participating U.S. locations by clicking the “Get Tickets” button on Fathom Entertainment’s website.
In my area (New York), general admission tickets are about $15.00, not including the $2.69 convenience fee. Showings are already selling out for the first night, so act fast!

Watch “The Amazing Digital Circus” episode 9 for free
If you’d rather avoid the fees (and the germs), you can still watch the “Amazing Digital Circus” finale for free on YouTube on June 19th, just like the rest of the series. The new episode will be an hour long.
The episode will also be available on Netflix on the same day. I assume episode 8 will also come to Netflix at some point. As of writing, Netflix only carries episodes 1–7.
