2025 UFL TV schedule
The 2025 UFL season starts on the last weekend of March with an intriguing slate of in-conference and out-of-conference matchups. From there, teams will compete weekly, with the top two sides of each conference reaching the playoffs.
Below is the complete 2025 UFL TV schedule. All games will air nationally except two matchups in May, which FOX will show based on your region.

UFL games occur exclusively on weekends, with matchups scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from March to June.
What time is the UFL Championship in 2025?
The 2025 UFL Championship Game will air on ABC at 8:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 14. Last year’s matchup saw Birmingham Stallions defeat the San Antonio Brahmas at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
How can I watch UFL games today?
If today is between March 28 and June 1, you can watch UFL games every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday across ESPN and FOX Sports channels. The UFL Playoffs will air on the same networks—beginning June 8 and culminating with the UFL Championship on June 14.
