2026 UFL TV schedule
The 2026 UFL season starts on the last weekend of March with an intriguing slate of in-conference and out-of-conference matchups. From there, teams will compete weekly, with the top two sides of each conference reaching the playoffs.

What days are UFL games on?
UFL games occur exclusively on weekends, with matchups scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from March to late May.
What time is the UFL Championship in 2026?
The 2026 date and time of the UFL Championship Game haven't been announced yet.
How can I watch UFL games today?
If today is between March 27 and May 31, you can watch UFL games every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday across ESPN and FOX Sports channels. The UFL Playoffs will air on the same networks, but the dates and times are to be determined.

USFL and XFL owners jointly own the UFL. Fox Corporation holds a 50% stake, while RedBird Capital Partners, Dwayne Johnson, and Dany Garcia own the other half.
