The thrill of Paris 2024 is not over! Here’s how to experience the Summer Paralympics on TV like never before.

Two and a half weeks after the Olympics, the 2024 Summer Paralympics will begin in Paris with a grand opening ceremony on August 28. NBCUniversal channels and platforms will deliver TV coverage to stateside audiences with enhanced closed captioning and audio descriptions.

Peacock leads the pack as the best streaming option, carrying live coverage of all 22 Paralympic sports in the U.S. We’re especially excited about this because Paris 2024 marks the first time every Paralympic sport will appear on TV.

Best Summer Paralympics TV plans

Peacock is our gold-medal pick for watching the Summer Paralympics. It offers the most live Paralympic coverage in the U.S. with standout features like the live whip-around Gold Zone show, a daily multiview feed, and curated video clips.

We were huge fans of Gold Zone during the Paris Olympics for its dynamic and engaging coverage of simultaneous events. So, we’re thrilled it’s back for the Paralympics. Carolyn Manno will host the Paralympic Gold Zone from Thursday, August 29, through Saturday, September 7, with daily coverage from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.

Peacock plans start at $7.99 a month, which is a steal compared to other services with far less coverage. And when your favorite Paralympic events aren’t on, you can binge-watch Peacock’s wide selection of TV shows and movies. We’re particularly fond of Poker Face and The Office: Superfan Episodes, which offer closed captions and audio descriptions.

Aside from Peacock, any cable, satellite, or live TV streaming service with NBCUniversal channels will provide some Paralympic coverage. Here are our three favorite ways to tune in this summer.

Can I watch the Summer Paralympics for free?

You can watch around nine hours of free Paralympic coverage on NBC using an over-the-air (OTA) antenna. It’s not much for the 12-day event, but you’ll get access to key moments and primetime highlights.

Check before you connect: Enter your zip code into the FCC’s Reception Map Tool to see if NBC is available in your area. If you’re covered, you only need a reliable antenna and compatible TV to score live channels without a monthly subscription fee. Our Best OTA Antennas page can help you discover the perfect setup for your home.

Free live TV streaming trials also exist for those who want to test-drive popular services without committing to a paid plan. We like Fubo for its seven-day free trial, which includes Paralympic channels NBC, CNBC, and USA Network. But you can browse other options on our Streaming Free Trials guide.
