Get ready for the newest simulcast anime premieres

It’s time once again for our quarterly anime round-up. Let’s go over what you can expect from the top anime streaming services: Crunchyroll, Netflix, Hulu, and HIDIVE. Hulu will merge with Disney+ in 2026, so this may be your last chance to catch anime on its standalone platform!

This season’s anime simulcasts are organized by streaming service and then by air date. Click through the tabs to see details for each day of the week. If you’ve got a favorite anime streaming service, jump to its section using its logo below.

Don’t have a favorite anime streaming service yet? Our anime streaming guide has everything you need to know about the major contenders.

Mechanical Marie  Oct. 5 Watch
Hands off: Sawaranide Kotesashi-kun  Oct. 5 Watch
Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right  Oct. 12 Watch
Gachiakuta Cont. Watch
One Piece Cont. Watch
A maid with a serious expression holds a grown man on her lap. There are gears everywhere.

Mechanical Marie: This would be a nightmare scenario for me, but somehow Japan has turned it into a romantic comedy: Mechanical Marie is about a stoic woman who takes a job as a maid for a rich client. Unfortunately for her, he’s under the impression that she’s a robot, and if he finds out she’s not, it could mean trouble.

Isekai Quartet 3  Oct. 13 Watch
Several anime women look enthusiastic next to a colorful speech bubble.

A Mangaka’s Weirdly Wonderful Workplace: Fans of Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun will love A Mangaka’s Weirdly Wonderful Workplace. Like a lot of modern anime, it’s exactly what the title sounds like: a workplace comedy about creating manga.

Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days  Sept. 30 Watch
Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill Season 2  Oct. 7 Watch
Chitose is in the Ramune Bottle  Oct. 7 Watch
With You, Our Love Will Make It Through  Oct. 4 Watch
A man eagerly eats a meal next to the show's logo.

Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill Season 2: Delicious in Dungeon inspired a new anime trend: cooking food in fantasy settings. This particular show is an isekai about a man who can summon meals from the real world into the world he gets isekai’d into.

Let’s Play  Oct. 1 Watch
Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- 2  Oct. 1 Watch
The Dark History of the Reincarnated Villainess  Oct. 8 Watch
Several anime characters in formal attire sit against a red curtain.

Let’s Play: When you’re a reviewer, you have to be careful what you say online. You never know when you could run into the people who make the things you put on blast. You might even move in next door to the person who made a video game you hated, and you might get pulled into an anime rom-com.

(I don’t think I’ll ever have a meet-cute with Mr. Netflix though, so I’m probably safe as a streaming reviewer.)

My Awkward Senpai  Oct. 2 Watch
Solo Camping for Two Cont. Watch
So You’re Raising a Warrior  Oct. 30 Watch
A man and woman dance together on a white background.

Pass the Monster Meat, Milady!: Much like Laios from Delicious in Dungeon, the protagonist of Pass the Monster Meat, Milady! loves to eat monsters. But can she find someone who understands her strange appetite?

May I Ask for One Final Thing?  Oct. 3 Watch
TOUGEN ANKI Cont. Watch
Watari-kun’s ****** Is About to Collapse Cont. Watch
A woman in a red dress prepares to throw a punch in front of a medieval kingdom.

May I Ask for One More Thing?: I love otome isekai anime. I don’t care how many they make, I’m going to watch them all. This one isn’t even an isekai—the main character has no supernatural knowledge of the world she lives in, and probably has never played a video game in her life. But when faced with the cliche villainess rejection, she decides to throw hands. I’m so excited to watch this one, you guys.

The cast of GNOSIA against a space background.

GNOSIA: Based on the video game of the same name, GNOSIA is a time-loop social deduction story. You can think of it like anime Among Us. Although Among Us is allegedly getting an animated series soon, so maybe Among Us is already the anime Among Us.

The characters of Ranma 1/2 pose against a yellow background.

Ranma ½: This is easily the most-anticipated anime of the season among the CableTV.com crew. Whether you watched the original anime in the ‘80s and ‘90s or you (like me) just discovered the franchise through the reboot, you’ll want to tune in o the new season of this colorful, gender-bending show.

Sword of the Demon Hunter Cour 2  Oct. 1 Watch
Two young women sit at a tea party surrounded by rock and roll instruments.

Rock is a Lady’s Modesty: You might recognize this title from when it premiered on HIDIVE earlier this year. Unlike Crunchyroll, HIDIVE takes a little longer to produce its dubs, so we’re just now getting to hear this one in English. If you missed our Spring simulcast round-up, Rock is a Lady’s Modesty follows a group of young women at a prestigious school who rebel through their love of music. Think School of Rock, but fancy.
