To be clear, Cox isn’t currently offering any straight-up “deals” on TV and internet service. If you’re looking for something like “Sign up for the Cox Platinum package and we’ll throw in this deluxe waffle iron and a free month of Quibi,” sorry (and R.I.P. Quibi).

Cox does, however, have several money-saving TV/internet bundles on the table for new customers—we’ll call them deals because why not? Here are five of the best we’ve found.

Cox deal #1: Bronze Duo ($109.99/mo.)*

For a smaller household, Cox’s Bronze Duo offers a decent amount of TV channels (140+) and internet download speed (150 Mbps) at $109.99 a month. That price is good only for the first 12 months of a two-year contract, though—the monthly rate goes up to $161.48 after one year.

* For 12 mos. with 2-yr. service agreement

#2 Silver Duo ($129.99/mo.)*

For $129.99 a month, Cox’s Silver Duo ups the internet speed to 300 Mbps, but the TV channel count remains at 140+. Premium channels HBO Max, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, and STARZ are included free for a limited time. After the first year of Cox’s two-year contract, the Silver Duo’s price increases to $233.48 a month.

* For 12 mos. with 2-yr. service agreement

#3 Gold Duo ($149.99/mo.)*

The $149.99-a-month Gold Duo TV/internet combo increases your channel count to 250+, but the internet speed holds steady at 300 Mbps.

This bundle includes not only HBO Max, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, and STARZ, but also EPIX and Cox’s add-on Variety, Movie, and Sports & Info Paks. Be aware, 12 months into the required two-year contract the Gold Duo will go up in price to $261.48 a month.

* For 12 mos. with 2-yr. service agreement

#4 Platinum Duo ($179.99/mo.)*

Cox’s Platinum Duo gives you the max download speed you can get with cable internet (940 Mbps) and 240+ TV channels for $179.99 a month. It also includes HBO Max, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, STARZ, EPIX, and Cox’s add-on Variety, Movie, and Sports & Info Paks, as well as a Record 2 DVR.

After 12 months, the Platinum Duo’s monthly rate goes up to $271.48 a month.

* For 12 mos. with 2-yr. service agreement

#5 Add Cox Voice Premier

You can add Cox’s digital home phone service, Cox Voice Premier, to any of the above bundles for no extra cost (initially, at least—as with the deals above, prices increase after the first year of Cox’s two-year contract).

Here are the bundles with phone service added to TV and internet:

All of the above Cox bundles come with a two-year contract and require EasyPay automatic billing. They also carry a potential $240 early-termination fee (ETF) and data caps of 1,280 GB per month.

Cox deals and promotions FAQ

Does Cox offer senior discounts?

Cox doesn’t offer any senior discounts on service—but low-income households may qualify for Cox’s Connect2Compete program, which provides low-speed internet for $9.95 a month.

Does Cox offer deals to current customers?

Most of Cox’s deals apply only to new customers, but current subscribers can sometimes get in on deals by upgrading their service. Contact Cox customer service to see if they’re open to negotiation.

What’s the cheapest Cox plan?

The least expensive Cox TV/internet bundle is the TV Starter + Internet Starter 10 package. With it, you get 75+ cable channels and 10 Mbps of internet download speed for $54.99 a month. It’s passable on the TV side, but 10 Mbps of internet speed is practically useless—we wouldn’t recommend the TV Starter + Internet Starter 10 package.

As with all of Cox’s plans, it requires a two-year contract, and the price will increase after 12 months.
