Last year, the Browns were hamstrung by middling play from quarterback Deshaun Watson and had to pull former Raven Joe Flacco off the street to finish the season. The Browns will have their work cut out for them in a tough AFC North, which also welcomes new Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson.
