How To Watch the Pittsburgh Steelers 2025 Season

Can the Steelers take the next step and finally advance past the Wild Card? Check out our NFL watch guide for 2025–2026 Pittsburgh Steelers.

When I saw the Pittsburgh Steelers were acquiring Aaron Rodgers to be their quarterback, I was like, “Uh, what?”

But so far, Rodgers has proved doubters like me wrong. And if he keeps performing well, he could take the Steelers to the next step. The team has played a Wild Card playoff game in four of the previous five seasons and lost them all.

At this point of his career, who can say whether Rodgers is better than Russell Wilson, who left Pittsburgh after just one season. But his addition might be enough to make watching the team a weekly event.

How far can the Steelers go in 2025? For fans itching to see how the ARod experiment pans out, I created this watch guide that outlines the team’s schedule, what TV I think will get you the most games.

What channel are the Pittsburgh Steelers on?

Steelers games will be shown on the following channels during the 2025 season:

Channels like CBS and FOX can be accessed on streaming and cable TV providers, while Amazon Prime Video requires a standalone subscription. You’ll also need a subscription to a live TV service to access NFL Network for the Steelers’ Week 4 game against the Minnesota Vikings.

2025–2026 Pittsburgh Steelers TV schedule

The Steelers compete in a loaded AFC North where three of the four teams had winning records in 2024. And if they want a chance at going further in the playoffs this season, they’ll need to be buttoned up for every one of those matchups against the Browns, Bengals, and Ravens.

What’s most intriguing to me is the game in Dublin against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 4. It’s the NFL’s first-ever game in Ireland, putting historical significance on an already key game. The Vikings went 14–3 last year.

Best ways to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers

There’s really only one service I’d recommend for Steelers fans, and that’s YouTube TV. It’ll give you access to basically every game this season. Below I outlined what I like about the service.

I will say, though, that there’s one more service you’ll need to get every game: Amazon Prime Video. That’s where Pittsburgh’s Week 7 game against the Cincinnati Bengals will stream exclusively. But instead of paying for that, just make sure to nab the 30-day free trial in time for the game.

YouTube TV ($82.99/mo.)

With Steelers games airing on several different channels in 2025, I think YouTube TV is the best way for fans to watch this season. Not only does it give you access to your local ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC stations, it also comes with ESPN and NFL Network.

YouTube TV also allows you to replay games, offers unlimited DVR, and has loads of other live and on-demand content like movies, TV shows, news, and more. Personally, I like YouTube TV’s easy-to-use interface.

If you’re an out-of-market fan, you get NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube TV. Just know that you’d be forking over a few hundred dollars per season.

Most TV providers offer networks with Steelers games, but the number of games you’ll get will vary because of the NFL’s TV blackout policies.
