Series premiere, Wednesday, September 25: Grotesquerie is for the brave among us looking for a good scare to usher in the Halloween season. Two women, a detective, and a nun-turned-journalist, have to team up to solve a series of grisly murders in their small town. Season 2 premiere, Thursday, September 26: A lot of streaming services took chances on international titles during and after the Writers’ Strike, and Colin From Accounts was one of them. This Australian romantic dramedy follows a couple whose meet-cute involves an injured dog named Colin. Representing the United States are Scottie Scheffler and Zander Schauffele—the Americans have won every year since the event’s inception, and they don’t plan on breaking that streak now.

Season 50 premiere, Saturday, September 28: SNL is finally back with the premiere of its 50th season. Jean Smart (Hacks) hosts with Jelly Roll as the musical guest.
