Optimum bundles come with 220–420+ channels and either cable or fiber internet based on the Optimum availability in your area. Whether you’re in a cable internet or fiber internet area, the prices and maximum download speeds will be the same.
If you’re lucky enough to live on Optimum’s fiber network, you can expect upload speeds as fast as your plan’s download speeds. High upload speeds make uploading large files or conversing over video calls a breeze.

Final take: Are Optimum bundles worth it?
Optimum’s new bundles have no contracts, up to 420+ channels, up to 940 Mbps internet connections, and low prices—plus the famous Optimum contract buyout remains in effect. But Optimum doesn’t offer discounts on most bundles.
We recommend going for Optimum’s standalone internet plans and subscribing to a live TV streaming service on the side. Optimum’s high-speed internet offers more than enough bandwidth to support streaming TV.
Or, if you’re all set for TV service but need a phone line, try any of Optimum’s internet-and-phone bundles. Both mobile and home phone plans offer great value.
