Spectrum has so far been the best we could get for our area. They were quick to assist when we needed a new router. We always get messages when there is an outage.
I had problems with them at first; signing up and beinig told a channel package included our local sports team and it did not. We had years of internent outages multiple times per day. I complained and it has since been rectified and now i am pleased.
I could be happier about the range of my router; but All of my interactions with support, customer service, nd billing departments have been great. I have been treated respectfully and they have always been friendly and polite.
