We’re fans of the super-fast AT&T Fiber internet plans, plus we think that AT&T’s wireless plans are solid choices that are on par with competitors like Verizon and T-Mobile. Pair that with the fact that AT&T offers $20 off your monthly bill when you bundle internet and wireless, and we think that AT&T bundles are a pretty solid deal.
Just don’t expect any discounts if you want to bundle AT&T internet with AT&T’s voice-over-internet-protocol (VoIP) home phone or a standalone TV or streaming service (AT&T U-verse no longer exists for new customers).
If you want to give an AT&T bundle a shot, there are no annual contracts, so you’re free to cancel if you find it’s not for you. We recommend Internet 300 + Unlimited Premium® PL since it’s a great starting point to cover all your basic needs (plus unlimited premium mobile data) without breaking the bank.
- Fast and reliable fiber internet
- No annual contracts
- No TV bundles
- No discounts for home phone bundles
AT&T bundles deals and promotions
While AT&T doesn’t offer discounts on bundles, they regularly provide sign-up incentives to new customers. Check out AT&T Deals and Promotions for a full list of AT&T’s ongoing deals, and check our internet deals page to see if there are any promotions of note this month.
Also, keep in mind that AT&T includes its Wi-Fi Gateway in its internet pricing. Other providers charge anywhere from $5 to $15 per month for modem and router rentals, so this is a sweet little deal that makes AT&T’s pricing a bit more transparent than its competitors.
AT&T bundles plans and pricing
AT&T offers internet and wireless and internet and home phone bundles. With multiple services, you can do a good amount of mixing and matching to get the perfect plan for you. Want faster internet speeds and a mobile plan but don’t need much wireless data? No problem. Check out the Internet 1 Gig + AT&T Unlimited Starter SL bundle.
To keep things simple, we’ve listed only a few example bundles to get you started rather than all the possible iterations. For added expenses, check out our in-depth review of AT&T hidden fees. (FYI, we’ve already calculated in the $20 discount you’ll receive monthly when you bundle AT&T fiber internet with AT&T Wireless.)

AT&T’s bundles don’t offer anything too fancy, but AT&T’s service is pretty darn good to begin with. For example, while some providers give you unlimited internet data with bundle plans, AT&T standalone fiber plans have already done away with data caps, so you’re in the clear for that whether or not you bundle.
For your internet plan, even the slowest AT&T Fiber plan offers superb home internet, so we recommend you start with Internet 300. Unless you stream video games on Twitch or your house is brimming with smart home devices, you probably won’t need to upgrade to a more expensive internet speed.
AT&T’s wireless plans are what the company is known for, and for good reason. Their Unlimited plans get cheaper the more lines you add, and their prices are solid competition for other providers like Verizon and T-Mobile. Unfortunately, you won’t get the free add-ons like Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and more, that Verizon sometimes gives with their plans. What you will get is a $20 discount every month when you bundle AT&T Wireless with their internet plans, and that’s a solid perk that keeps on giving.
If you’ve got the cash, AT&T offers Hyper-GIG Speed plans that go up to 5 Gbps (5,000 Mbps). AT&T’s 5 Gig Internet is one of the fastest plans on the market and offers a lot of bang for your buck. Team that up with the Unlimited Premier PL mobile plan that gives you unlimited premium data, and you’ve got the best of what AT&T has to offer.
But most folks don’t need 5 Gbps at home. Again, the Internet 300 plan bundled with the AT&T Unlimited Starter SL Wireless plan should cover most of your streaming, smart home, and mobile needs.

While you can’t get standalone home phone with AT&T (the VoIP technology requires an internet connection to work), you can bundle it with your AT&T internet plan.
AT&T Phone Unlimited North America gives you unlimited calling to the U.S., U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico for $24.99 a month (on top of your internet plan costs).
If you make a bunch of international calls, consider AT&T Phone International Plus II, which gives you the same unlimited calling, plus unlimited calling to over 50 additional countries. This plan will run you $34.99 a month in addition to your internet plan.
You may not want this extra expense if you don’t use a home phone often. However, a landline can help emergency responders find your home quickly (though we hope you don’t ever need to call them).

YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV are both solid choices with large channel counts, unlimited DVR storage, and reasonable pricing—they’re our editor’s choice and best value for live TV streaming services, respectively.
If you’re more sporty, we’ll point you toward Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM. They both offer ample sports channels (although Fubo lacks some in the news and entertainment division), and DIRECTV STREAM is your go-to for regional sports networks.
Although we do wish AT&T had a dedicated TV bundle that could offer you both a combined bill and a bundle discount (like Xfinity or Spectrum, which overlap in a lot of zip codes), the above live TV streaming services are all excellent choices—and will all stream smoothly, thanks to your new AT&T fiber internet plan.
Are AT&T bundles worth it?
TL;DR: We think AT&T bundles are pretty darn good. We give AT&T internet our stamp of approval, and we think that their wireless plans are solid alternatives to competitors like T-Mobile and Verizon—only don’t expect any fancy perks.
Plus, you can’t beat getting a $20 monthly discount when you bundle internet and wireless.
