2026 Cincinnati Reds schedule and game times
The Cincinnati Reds had a pretty decent 2025, winning more than half their games before eventually losing to the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Wild Card series. With expectations running higher, the Reds’ TV schedule will be one to follow in 2026.
With a monthslong schedule of more than 160 games, it can be tough to suss out when the Reds are playing on any given day. I created this guide to clear up any confusion and help Cincinnati fans know exactly what time the team is playing and where to tune in on TV all season long.

Key dates for the 2026 Reds season
The Reds’ season will be a long one, with plenty of storylines to follow from spring to fall. Here are some stretches that every Reds fan should circle on their 2026 calendar.
- Home Opener (March 26): An Opening Day matchup with the Boston Red Sox marks the team’s home opener.
- NL Central matchups: Divisional matchups against the Brewers, Cubs, Cardinals, and Pirates will have Reds fans on the edge of their seats. September will be especially crucial as the Reds have two series against the Brewers and one against the Cubs.
- MLB All-Star Week (July 11–14): The 2026 All-Star Game is at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, and the weekend will also include the Home Run Derby. Two Reds players were named All-Stars in 2025, so it’s possible others will get in this year.
- MLB Trade Deadline: This year’s deadline—which is Monday, August 3, at 6:00 p.m. ET—could be a time when the Reds tool up just enough to make a deeper playoff run compared to 2025.
Best Great American Ball Park promotional nights in 2026
The Great American Ball Park has its name for a reason, as any given Reds home game has the potential to be, well, great.
One of this season’s promotions to look out for is Fourth of July against the Baltimore Orioles, when the team is celebrating the country’s 250th anniversary with fireworks and other patriotic vibes. There will also be 10 post-game firework shows throughout the season, four post-game concerts, and several bobblehead nights, including Harry Potter Night (Aug. 15).
