Did you know that Netflix has a secret menu? You don’t have to get stuck scrolling through its endless interface with the rest of the crowd. You could skip right to the good stuff—provided you have the right secret code.

That’s right. Just like skipping levels in an old-school retro game, you can skip straight to your favorite genres with the use of a code. Netflix codes are numbers with a minimum of two digits. However, the codes don’t follow a pattern and skip over a lot of numbers. You can’t guess Netflix codes—you have to know ahead of time exactly what you’re searching for.

So that’s where CableTV.com comes in. I’ve scoped out some of the best Netflix codes and secrets. Scroll down to see what I dug up.

Where do I use a Netflix code?

You’ll need to use different methods, depending on your device:

In the app

The first is directly in the Netflix app on your TV or mobile device. Use the in-app search bar and type in the numeric code for the category you want.

Unfortunately, not all categories work here, and the ones that do are prone to inaccurate labeling. If a code doesn’t work on the app, you’ll need to try again on a computer.

In a browser

For the second method, you’ll need a computer. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work on mobile devices—trust me, I’ve tried on an iPad. Netflix just sends me back to the app.

This will be your base URL:

No, that link doesn’t go to any valid page. But if you copy and paste it into your address bar, you can add any Netflix code to the end of it. For example, if you want to see all of Netflix’s anime, you’ll add 7424 onto the end of it. Your final URL should look like this:
