T-Mobile offers two internet products: T-Mobile 5G Home Internet and T-Mobile Fiber. The pricing for both services is largely in line with the competition: T-Mobile’s 5G pricing is virtually identical to Verizon’s, while its fiber internet pricing beats competitors like Verizon Fios and AT&T Fiber by around $5 to $25 per month.

As with most providers these days, T-Mobile lacks a plan that costs less than $50 monthly. But if you bundle T-Mobile cell phone service with internet, T-Mobile will knock $10 to $20 off your internet bill each month.

Has T-Mobile increased its home internet prices?

T-Mobile cell phone subscribers are used to price unpredictability, but when it comes to home internet, the carrier’s been shockingly steady. T-Mobile 5G Home Internet’s prices have remained unchanged since launch.

As for T-Mobile Fiber, we officially started tracking its prices this year, but we’re interested to see if they can maintain their competitive pricing as their footprint expands in 2026.

T-Mobile 5G Home Internet cleaned up in 2026 as one of our top ISPs, and this carried over to its pricing. Customers felt they were getting a great deal with T-Mobile 5G Home Internet, and it blew past AT&T and Verizon’s 5G services.

The service costs about one-third of what I was paying, but the connection is great, and the speed of the internet is very good. The customer service is awesome. So I am paying a lot less and getting a lot more.

Gary D., T-Mobile customer in Texas

T-Mobile Fiber’s still in its early stages, as the service officially launched in mid-2025. But customers are already onboard with the provider’s plans—its price satisfaction scores are competitive with other ISPs like Verizon Fios and AT&T Fiber.

That said, its acquired ISPs have some ground to cover—we typically consider 70% approval to be a passing score, and Lumos and Metronet were much closer to this floor than T-Mobile’s main services. T-Mobile formally integrated regional fiber ISPs Lumos and Metronet into its network last year.

T-Mobile’s internet prices are reasonable against inflation

T-Mobile Rely monthly price Inflation-adjusted cost
2022 $50.00 $57.84
2023 $50.00 $54.36
2024 $50.00 $52.73
2025 $50.00 $51.19

We’ve previously discussed how internet prices generally remain steady or decline over time, and this holds true for T-Mobile’s internet pricing. Thanks to offers like T-Mobile’s 5-Year Price Guarantee, T-Mobile’s internet prices have declined steadily relative to inflation, so your dollar’s going far with T-Mobile’s home internet services.

That said, T-Mobile’s incentives for avoiding price increases differ compared to other ISPs. Home internet isn’t where T-Mobile’s bread is buttered—cell phone service is T-Mobile’s primary business, and those customers see most of T-Mobile’s price increases.

By comparison, home internet is a developing market for T-Mobile between its 5G and fiber services. T-Mobile’s key internet concern is growing its customer base, and flat prices undoubtedly help T-Mobile appeal to new customers.

Still, T-Mobile isn’t keeping prices low out of the goodness of its heart. In late 2024, T-Mobile launched its premium Amplified (starting at $60/mo.) and All-In (starting at $70/mo.) 5G Home Internet plans.

While both plans offer faster speeds and better benefits, they also reflect how home internet plans have increasingly abandoned the budget market in favor of better-off shoppers. To get internet pricing below $50/mo., you’ll need to add T-Mobile cell phone service to your internet plan.
