To stand out in the “Entertainment Capital of the World,” you have to be a winner. The Vegas Golden Knights are just that—and always have been. Through eight years of play, the team has made the playoffs seven times, including a Stanley Cup Finals win in 2023. Even more impressive to me, they’ve never had a losing season.
The Golden Knights’ nickname was chosen to “epitomize the warrior class,” according to team owner Bill Foley. I think it’s safe to say this team has lived up to that expectation so far.
Now, let’s see if they can do it again this season. To help you watch Vegas Golden Knights hockey from the first puck drop to the final horn, I’ve created this complete guide to their TV schedule, channels, and streaming options.

What channels have Vegas Golden Knights games?
For fans living in the Las Vegas area, you can watch over 65 Vegas Golden Knights games this season for free on Vegas 34, an over-the-air TV station. Those same games are also available to stream through a paid subscription to KnightTime+. But fans outside the Vegas TV market will need ESPN+ (streaming) or NHL Center Ice (cable/satellite) for out-of-market access.
As for nationally televised games, the Golden Knights are scheduled to appear in at least 15 of them. You’ll find these marquee matchups on ABC, ESPN, and TNT, with a few additional games streaming exclusively on ESPN+ and Hulu. NHL Network is also a worthy channel to have, as it carries 24/7 hockey coverage.
2025–2026 Vegas Golden Knights TV schedule
I’ve never been a betting man—well, not a good one at least—but I’m a believer in the Golden Knights’ chances to win 45+ games this year and make a deep playoff run. If you don’t want to take my word for it, just look at the odds. ESPN BET Sportsbook has Vegas at +850 to win the Stanley Cup, which makes them one of the championship favorites entering the season.
To help you follow their championship push, I’ve listed the complete 2025–2026 Golden Knights TV schedule below. I’ll be keeping it updated with all the latest game times and channel listings so you don’t miss a single moment.

Best TV plans for watching the Vegas Golden Knights
When it comes to watching the Golden Knights in 2025–2026, there are options for every budget. To keep it simple, I’m going to break down my two favorite paid TV plans: the best standalone streaming service for local fans and the top all-in-one package for complete coverage.
But if cost is your biggest concern, don’t forget to jump ahead to my Watch for Free section. There, I’ll cover how a digital TV antenna is a fantastic in-market viewing option.

KnightTime+ ($69.99/season)
Put those swords away, Vegas fans. You don’t have to fight to watch your team play this year. The team’s standalone streaming service, KnightTime+, makes it super easy to watch every in-market broadcast. It also offers exclusive content and shows like Knight Time at Noon, a weekly update on all things Golden Knights.
The only drawback to KnightTime+ is that it doesn’t include nationally televised games from ESPN or TNT Sports channels. That stings, but the platform’s positives definitely outweigh the lone negative for local cord-cutters.

Stream with DIRECTV ($89.99–$169.99/mo.)
Since it launched in 1994, DIRECTV has been one of the most popular TV providers among sports fans. While I haven’t been around that long, it’s been my top choice for as long as I can remember.
DIRECTV includes every channel you need to watch the full Golden Knights season, including Vegas 34 for local fans. It also comes with ESPN Unlimited access, giving subscribers all out-of-market NHL games via ESPN+. That’s what makes DIRECTV the perfect one-stop shop for any hockey fan.
Beyond the channel lineup, the service is packed with slick features. If you’ve never watched sports in 4K before, you’re in for an amazing viewing experience. I also love the service’s game-time notifications, which will help you put on each game just in time for the puck drop.
How to watch the Vegas Golden Knights for free

Do you want to watch most of the Golden Knights’ games without paying for a TV provider? Then you’re in luck. Of the 82 games Vegas will play during the regular season, you can watch 69 of them for free on over-the-air TV.
For fans looking to take advantage of this, I suggest the Mohu Leaf 50 antenna. It can receive signals up to 60 miles away, which makes it a great option for Nevada residents living in or around the Las Vegas Valley. How to watch the Vegas Golden Knights FAQ
Will the Vegas Golden Knights play on ABC this season?
Yes, the Vegas Golden Knights will play on ABC this season. The team’s lone ABC game is set for April 11 against the Colorado Avalanche.
Is DIRECTV the only TV provider that carries Golden Knights games?
No, DIRECTV isn’t the only TV provider that carries Golden Knights games. Providers like Fubo and YouTube TV carry games as well, but they don’t offer channel lineups as comprehensive as DIRECTV’s. In fact, DIRECTV is the only live TV streaming service to offer Vegas 34.
Will KnightTime+ stream Las Vegas’ playoff games?
Yes, KnightTime+ will stream Las Vegas’ playoff games but only for the first round—if the Golden Knights make the postseason. Starting with the second round, playoff matchups will air exclusively on national channels and platforms.
Can I watch Vegas Golden Knights games with an OTA antenna in the future?
Possibly. Scripps Sports, the company that handles local broadcasts for the Golden Knights, reached a multi-year agreement with the team in 2023 to air games on an OTA-accessible channel. The 2025–2026 season is the third year of the partnership.
How can I watch Golden Knights games in Canada?
For fans in Canada, the simplest way to watch the Golden Knights is with a Sportsnet+ Premium subscription. This is the NHL’s out-of-market streaming package in Canada and will give you access to nearly every Vegas game. Just be aware that local and national blackouts exist.
