Finding the best internet, TV, and mobile deals can be super overwhelming. Trust me, I know: Half of my job is hunting down the best deals, combing through disclaimers for expiration dates, and sifting through other fine print to uncover the details of the best current promos for all the top telco and streaming services.
That’s why I’ve started this weekly column to keep readers up-to-date with the best deals that providers are currently running. This page is updated weekly with a fresh batch of deals released over the past week, so be sure to bookmark it for future reference.

✦ Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Logan Jones, and I’ve been CableTV.com’s resident deals expert for close to three years. As part of the editorial staff, it’s my job to keep readers updated with all the latest internet, TV, and mobile promotions. I update all 20+ of our deals pages at the beginning of each month, and keep an eye out for new promos as they drop.

Looking to stream for free in 2026?

For my first deals column of the new year, I crowdsourced my friends and colleagues to understand the biggest pain points in their spending lives. And, wouldn’t you know it, one issue that cropped up a lot was streaming services.

Now is not the time to wax poetic about how streaming services dominated cable TV, only to basically turn into cable themselves. But, TL;DR, streaming fatigue is hitting everyone.

That’s why I’ve made this week’s column all about the best streaming deals—aka how to get free streaming services—to go ahead and tick off the “save money” to-do on your 2026 New Year’s resolution list.

Click on your internet, TV, or streaming service of choice to find all the best provider-specific deals updated monthly.

The best free streaming TV deals

The best things in life typically don’t come for free, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still find some free streaming services out there, if you know where to look.

Below, I’ve compiled the best promos currently running that are serving up some totally free streaming services.

Some deals last for a limited time, but a few are offering certain streaming services for free indefinitely. Be sure to click the provider links in the bullets below to get all the details.

  • DIRECTV: HBO Max, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, MGM+, CINEMAX, STARZ included for 3 mos.
  • DISH: Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, STARZ, and DISH Movie Pack included for 3 mos.
  • Optimum: Get Netflix Standard with ads included at no cost for 12 mos. when you sign up for an Optimum internet plan with 500 Mbps or higher.
  • Spectrum: Get Disney+ Basic, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited, HBO Max with Ads, Peacock Premium, AMC+, Paramount+ Essential, VIX Premium with Ads, and FOX One included at no cost with Spectrum TV® Select Signature.
  • T-Mobile 5G Home Internet: Get Hulu (With Ads) and the Paramount+ Essential Plan included with T-Mobile All-In Internet.
  • T-Mobile Wireless: Netflix Standard with ads is included with T-Mobile’s Experience plans.

Pro tip: Another great way to get truly free TV is through streaming service free trials. Luckily, my colleague Olivia Bono wrote an in-depth guide to the best on-demand and live TV streaming trials.

Some things never change…

While some providers tend to switch out deals on the reg, others like to keep things more stable (which I appreciate, seeing as I personally update all 20+ of our deals pages each month😅).

Here are some of the best perpetual deals from top TV and internet providers:

  • Amazon Prime Video: 30-day free trial
  • Hulu: 30-day free trial
  • Verizon: Up to $200 in gift cards with Verizon’s Fios TV plans
  • Xfinity: Get an Unlimited line included for a year with a 300 Mbps or faster Xfinity Internet plan
