Is SportsNet New York (SNY) on Peacock?
No, SNY isn’t available on Peacock. Although Peacock’s parent company Comcast owns a minority stake in the New York-based RSN, SNY’s streaming home is now part of the MLB app. A standalone SNY subscription costs $24.99/mo. for in-market New York Mets games.
How does Peacock verify my location for RSN access?
After signing up for a Peacock RSN with an eligible zip code, the service will verify your location using your device’s IP address. Just remember that you’ll experience content blackouts if you try streaming the RSN outside its designated market.
