The picture freezes, it pixilates, the sound goes off, the sound and video are out of sync, I am unable to DVR specific shows. I have called NUMBEROUS times and been given the run around and I have finally given up. If it were easier to dump them I would in a heartbeat. My favorite is “they are working on it and I reported your issue, if it is not better by tomorrow … call back” I worked in customer service for more than twenty years and would have either been fired or after promotions, I would have fired the employee.
