To be honest, we haven’t heard too much from the Raptors since they won with Kawhi, but Raptors fans are ready to move back into contention. The good news for fans is that the team is entering a new era built on youth, development, and a dose of unpredictability.
The front office doubled down this offseason, adding length, speed, and shooting to support a roster still learning how to win together. Scottie Barnes is slowly emerging as a franchise cornerstone, RJ Barrett is embracing his hometown role, and the recent signing of Brandon Ingram should go a long way to pushing them into playoff contention again. The only way to go is up, right?
From home games at Scotiabank Arena to national broadcasts spotlighting Toronto’s rising talent, the 2025–2026 season promises plenty of must-watch nights for fans across the continent.

Best TV plans for watching the Toronto Raptors games
To follow the Raptors this season, Canadian fans have a steady mix of national TV and streaming options. If you’re looking for flexibility, Sportsnet+ and TSN standalone streaming plans allow you to watch games without a cable package, and both platforms include pre- and post-game coverage tailored to Raptors fans. Fans who want to watch on their own schedule can stream on-demand replays on both services.
If you want to watch Raptors’ games and you live outside of Canada, NBA League Pass remains the best way to catch every game not picked up by national broadcasters, though blackout rules still apply for in-market viewers. Throw in Peacock and Amazon Prime Video for streaming exclusive games, and you’re good to go.
Standalone in-market TV packages for Raptors games

For Raptors fans in Canada who prefer streaming over cable, you don’t need a full live TV bundle to follow the team. Instead, you can subscribe directly to TSN and SportsNet+ in order to see every regular-season game.
TSN starts at $24.99 a month and $199.90 annually, while Sportsnet+ offers plans starting at $29.99 per month and $249.99 per year. These apps also include pre-game coverage, live stats, and post-game analysis and are available on major streaming devices, including iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, and smart TVs.
There’s no need to worry about regional channel confusion, either. Since TSN and Sportsnet are national networks in Canada, once you’re subscribed, you’ll get every game they carry without having to verify a zip code or switch feeds. For local fans who want reliable access without stacking subscriptions, these two services are the most direct path to full-season coverage.
How to watch the Toronto Raptors for free
Catching Raptors games for free is a bit of a challenge, but you have a couple of strategies depending on where you live. For fans in Canada, your main move is to keep an eye out for free trial offers from the team’s broadcast partners, TSN and Sportsnet+. I’ve seen Sportsnet+ free trials pop up from time to time, but nothing from TSN.
The approach is similar for U.S. fans. You can use free trials of streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Stream with DIRECTV, or Fubo to catch nationally televised NBA games. While the Raptors don’t have any regular-season games scheduled on ABC or NBC, a digital antenna is also a simple (if not janky) way to access select games on these networks.
How to watch the Toronto Raptors FAQ
Will the Raptors appear on U.S. national broadcasts?
Yes, though not as frequently as larger-market teams. Select Raptors games—especially those featuring marquee matchups or up-and-coming stars like Scottie Barnes—will appear on ESPN, ABC, and NBC. Fans in the U.S. can also stream select games on Peacock and Amazon Prime Video, depending on scheduling.
What’s new about the Raptors’ broadcast setup this year?
Not much is new for the 2025–2026 season, which keeps the TSN-Sportsnet split intact in Canada. That said, Canada Basketball’s expanded international media deal includes coverage of the NBA Playoffs, NBA Finals, and men’s and women’s NCAA March Madness through TSN.
How can I follow the Raptors if I’m traveling or living outside Canada?
NBA League Pass International is the best option for global fans. In most countries, it provides live and on-demand access to nearly every Raptors game. For radio listeners abroad, the TSN 1050 Toronto stream delivers live play-by-play coverage online and through the iHeartRadio app.
